Slap is a trip planning application that facilitates event organization, from casual potlucks to bachelorette parties. It allows users to develop and share itineraries to track real-time updates of various aspects such as destination information, bookings, expenses, carpooling, packing lists, photo sharing, group chat, and real-time location tracking of friends and family during the event.

Efficient notifications are sent to app users, prompting immediate responses. Non-app users receive SMS invites with download links for seamless access to the event. Additionally, public events can be hosted for wider participation.

Event Itinerary: Stay informed with real-time destination details such as weather updates, contact information, booking links, maps, and shared notes among group members.

See Friends and Family on Map: Privately add friends and family members to track their arrival statuses and locations for effective trip planning and safety measures. Slap ensures minimal battery consumption by employing optimized background location sharing within private groups.

Reservations and Carpooling: Simplify sharing of essential details by uploading photos of accommodations (e.g., Airbnb), flights, restaurants, cruises, or concerts. Slap assists in providing directions and storing critical information in notes while sending timely reminders for departures and reservations. The automatic expense settlement feature streamlines financial transactions within the group. Users can utilize the carpooling function to offer or request rides efficiently.

Subscriptions are managed through iTunes; renewal is automatic unless opted out at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Unused subscriptions are non-refundable, and free trial periods lead to forfeiture upon subscription purchase.
